A lot of people don't even know this day exist or what it's about so I'm going to talk about today. I learned about this couple when I was around 17 years old. In the 1950's an interracial couple by the name of Richard and Mildred Loving got married unbeknownst to the government of Virginia where they resided. At that time however it was illegal in Virginia for an interracial couple to marry and so started years of turmoil for the Loving who tried to get their marriage legalized. There is a HBO documentary on the Loving Story. Homosexuality One thing I don't agree with that's pressing on my heart to mention is homosexual marriage. So that know one will misunderstand my promotion of this day as as gay/lesbian support I write this. Mildred Loving has said she supports homosexuality and that's where her and I depart ways. Hey yall,    I haven't been here in a while. I just wanted to let you all know of my struggles and if it can enlighten anyone else that's even better. I know the Bible says drinking wine and even beer isn't wrong it's just the getting drunk part that can lead you to sin and un-Christ-like behavior is what he's trying to protect us from. I understand the rule, principle, and consequences of the rule. Since I have a self-realized consumption problem I want to stay away from alcoholic beverages altogether so I won't accidently get drunk.    Taking this all into account, I've sort of developed a disdain for people who drink even though there is no biblical law against drinking and I'm trying to get over that. I know there are many people who drink to get drunk but my perspective of a person who drinks is what bothers me.
