Kay tonight's movie night. Yay!!! lol I was looking up some of the new movies coming out and wanted to share them with you.
Wonderful World starring Matthew Broderick (and Sanaa Lathan!!!!! love her!!)
For all my interracial story lovers here's a new (BW/WM) one for us. Coming January 8, 2010
Ben Singer (Matthew Broderick) is a failed children’s folk singer, a career proofreader, a compulsive marijuana smoker, and a less-than-extraordinary weekend dad. He’s also the most negative man alive. Floundering in all aspects of his life, Ben’s only comfort comes from regular chess games and friendly debates on game theory with his Senegalese roommate Ibou (Michael Kenneth Williams). When Ibou is suddenly struck ill, and an insensitive municipal employee exacerbates the emergency situation, Ben’s pessimistic worldview seems unequivocally confirmed. His only recourse is to pour his energies into a frivolous lawsuit against the city for depraved indifference. But Ben soo…
I collab with my sister a lot on various things whether it's cleaning up or making a movie. I'm not sure about our future plans together but I want to still work with her even though we always argue lol. I think sisters who work together are very cool and convenient.
This got me thinking about other famous sisters.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (actresses)
Beyonce and Solange Knowles (singers)
Hilary and Haylie Duff (actresses)
Danielle and Kay Panabaker (actresses)
Jessica and Ashlee Simpson (singers)
Angela and Vanessa Simmons (fashion-shoes)
Venus and Serena Williams (tennis)
Whatever we happen to do in life I hope we can still be as close as we are now.
I've been trying to write a story for a while now. I tend to get inspired easily but I can never finish a story. Either I get bored or I get too complicated.
After watching this
I was reminded of my sort of drug like fantasies I've had since I was a child.
Even though I really don't like Alice in Wonderland because it has like the most annoying characters I still appreciated the fantasy feel of it. Then I went down memory lane with the help of Fagottron videos on Youtube.
I've never tried to write a fantasy book before and with my randomness I think I might be able to do this.
I'm taking notes from the Mad Hatter & the March Hare:
"You can always take MORE from nothing.."
"Start at the beginning,"
"Yes, and when you get to the end....stop."
I'm just going to write and not worry about direction for now and if it turns into something interesting I'll start editing for normal ppl to understand. lol
